Notes: The Denver Children's Hospital is the largest single project ever built in Colorado and exemplifies JEDI Balancing's project capability and competence. JEDI Balancing has a bonding capacity of $600,000 which allows the company to take on jobs of any magnitude.

Invasive Species Research Building

Location: Fort Collins, Colorado
Size: $17.6 Million

Mechanical Engineer: BCER Engineering
Notes: Located on the Foothills Research Campus of Colorado State University, this 25,000 square-foot indoor animal research building will provide a secure location for researchers to study invasive species.

National Renewable Energy Labs (NREL) Science and Technology Facility

Location: Golden, Colorado
Size: $22 Million
Subcontractor for: Heating Plumbing Engineers (HPE)
Mechanical Engineer: The Smith Group
Notes: The NREL expansion allows for enhanced research capabilities in clean energy technologies. JEDI Balancing finished the pressure gradient dependant laboratory on-schedule in August 2006.

Inn of the Mountain Gods Casino

Location: Mescalero, New Mexico
Size: $160 Million

Notes: Inn of the Mountain Gods is one New Mexico's largest casinos with 40,000 square feet of meeting space, a 38,000 square foot casino, and 278 rooms and suites.

Denver Convention Center Hotel

Location: Denver, Colorado
Size: $285 Million

Notes: Completed in December of 2005, this 38-story building is home to the Centennial Ballroom, which is the largest ballroom in Denver.

University of Wyoming College of Health Sciences

Location: Laramie, Wyoming
Size: $13 Million

Notes: This 130,000 square foot building brought together the eight academic units of the College of Health Sciences, which were previously dispersed across the University of Wyoming campus.

Colorado Convention Center Expansion

Location: Denver, Colorado

Notes: The expansion added 600,000 square feet of usable space and a 5,200 seat concert hall to the Colorado Convention Center, bringing the building to 1.2 million square feet.

Wellington E. Webb Building

Location: Denver, Colorado

Notes: This 12-story, 88,000 square foot building is an addition to the Annex One Building.  Today, the building is home to 40 government agencies and more than 1,800 employees of the city of Denver.
